Keeping The Train On The Tracks
Getting in Front of the Key Player
He was frustrated. His service was an excellent one – to help the mortgage banking industry improve its ability
to remain competitive. When he made a sales presentation, people immediately signed up for the services offered.
But getting the face time – in front of the key decision maker was becoming an increasingly bigger problem.
There was telephone tag with the phone and appointment gate keeper. There was the problem with trying to communicate
for an appointment via email when he was on the road. And finally, once the appointment was set and travel
arrangements were made, there was the reality that the key decision maker usually needed to reschedule.
And so the loop began again.
Until he learned about CatwalkConference.com.
The online meeting tool provided the ability to present his service to the decision maker without the
hassle and expense of traveling involved with a face-to-face meeting. If rescheduling was needed, it was easily
accomplished – to everyone’s satisfaction.
The prospects were intrigued by the high-tech venue, and primed to listen better because the presentation
was considered “different” than usual.
Using CatwalkConference.com, our client went from frustrated to satisfied. Not only did the cost of making each sale go
down, the number of closed sales increased. Talk about your productivity improvements!

Growing The Group's Mindshare
The leading national organization for women business presidents faced a conundrum. The membership hungered for
training in the area of growth and development but travel costs and overall lack of time made coming
together for educational conferences an impossibility.
Until CatwalkConference.com.
Using the online tool, the organization was able to setup an entire educational series on business
growth. They created a series of monthly programs (with between 50 – 90 attendees located all over the world
and CatwalkConference.com handled all the logistics from meeting notices to attendee pre-event computer
setups to online live support. The program has been met with great enthusiasm by
participants and organizers alike.
Not only has CatwalkConference.com allowed the sought-after content been presented in what many consider to
be a “new and cool” venue (web conferencing), they were on-the-spot to assist with several critical events
including the speaker's need to “dial up” from location in New Zealand and surviving a total computer systems crash.
All went off without a break in the program or the participants’ knowledge. Now that’s support!

Painless and Perfect Demos
The new world of work allows many companies to create new and improved products that will help all of us do
our jobs better. An organization with a “better product management tool” had a demo that would do just that – but
needed to be able to show prospects how it worked.
Thankfully, the application-sharing feature of CatwalkConference.com provided the best solution.
The company markets to prospects for commitments to participating in product demos by agreeing to a specific web
conference date and time. Using the online meeting tool, prospects are able to test out the product and see whether
or not it meets their needs. The company doesn’t have to spend time and resources developing demo CDs or time
trying to set appointments to get people to “try before they buy.” The sales cycle is shortened and people are
getting what they really need and want.
What a great way to address and remove the pain of sales for all concerned!

Keeping The Train On The Track
One of the biggest problems businesses face when teaching sales teams new methods is to keep the
environment of continuous learning going. This was the case for a client who was tasked with teaching
high-powered sales teams around the country a proprietary new way to think about their markets.
The process took place over four two-day seminars with the expectation of homework accomplished in between.
Given the nature of the high-powered personalities and the fact that the new process was, at times,
hard to grasp, the homework portion was not happening. That meant each of the in-person sessions had to begin
with a review and progress was extremely slow.
Until CatwalkConference.com.
By using the tool between the live sessions to help individuals with the homework and as overall review
periods, the in-person sessions were kept on schedule and on point. The participants actually were able to track
the concepts from meeting-to-meeting and see the improvement on their bottom lines.
The pressure was off. The participants weren’t forced to do work on their own they didn’t really want to
do. The client was able to deliver all the information to each group – on schedule and without worry that
things would fall apart for lack of understanding.
This combination of the in-person meetings and web conferences created the perfect learning environment.
Not only did the information train stay on track, there were trips booked for the following year – to keep
things chugging along in the right direction.
